Midsommar plays hard progressive rock and was among the first Swedish rock bands to sing in Swedish. First album "Belsebub är lös", which is also said to be their best, can be compared to contemporary bands such as Nature, Renhjärta, Levande Livet among others. The album are very expensive and almost impossible to find.
The album has no release year printed, according to the book "Scented Gardens Of The Mind" the album was released 1972. But others claims and argue that "Belsebub är lös" is their first album and the songs from it were heard on the radio back in 1971. So it's a bit of a mystery.
