The Double Up comp. as requested!. The bands on this compilation qualified directly to swedish ROCK SM 1987. Don't mind the back-cover of the album, it lists the songs in the wrong order, lucky enough it came with a note of the correct tracklist.
The genres differs a lot, with everything from pop / aor to some real heavy metal killers!, BLACKBIRD, BLIZZARD, METAL AXE and FAIRY TALES to name a few examples. Also a quite amazing and catchy melodic track by ATTENTION totally worth to check out!.. Blizzard's song "Fading Away" differs from the MLP they put out later the same year, here in a bit rougher version!. The same with HAZY's "King of the Universe". Vanguard also contributed with a song "All Night Long", and if this is the same band who released the MLP "V" then I can truly understand why no more material was released by them, boring.. very boring song!. Blackbird - Rise are by far my favorite and also the biggest reason I hunted down this album (in hope of any info on them included, but nothing!!).
